With 20+ years experience working with individuals and teams from private companies, public institutions and non-governmental organisations, I have gained extensive skills in designing, planning, delivering and monitoring capacity development and performance improvement programs to strengthen your strategies, leadership skills and management systems.

My areas of expertise include strategy design and execution, development and monitoring of long and short term plans; building leadership and management skills; developing high-performing results-focused teams; initiating and managing change processes; and facilitating dialogue and development of new and innovative ideas and/or solutions.

I am conversant with practical hands-on facilitation, training and coaching techniques using adult learning principles and methodologies that allow and encourage you to apply what you learn and experience to the challenges you face on the ground. I am certified by the International Coach Federation (ICF), providing one-on-one and team coaching experiences.
